We have been getting hints from the PhysLogger crash reports and have finally caught the root cause for an issue that crashed PhysLogger while doing file-related operations like data saving, and screenshot saving. It looks like some network-managed user accounts don’t have permission to write even on their own desktops and documents directory. Although this is an IT problem and the accounts haven’t been set up properly, we are still including a fix that MIGHT solve the problem for good. This will be available in PhysLogger V13 and onwards.
