We would need to investigate the mainboard of the sampler to resolve this issue. Kindly use the following 3 steps to unmount the board and send it over the lab to for diagnostics.
- Open up the upper cavity of the machine using a crosshead screwdriver.
- Unplug the wires and open up the transparent PCB box using a crosshead screwdriver.
- Unmount the PCB nuts using a nose plier.
